Standard sanitizer based on 12% stabilized sodium hypochlorite. It has multiple uses in the plant. It is used for equipment disinfection, water chlorination, disinfection of fruits and vegetables with/without the peel.

  • Destruction of spores and bacteriophages.
  • Sanitization of cold rooms (psychrophilic).
