FREEZE KLEEN is a detergent for use at low temperatures even with the finished product nearby. Most frequent uses: for use in freezers and refrigerators, removes oils. It is also used in seafood preservers and blast freezers. Main advantages: does not require rinsing, removes easily, removes blood stains, and vegetable fat, removes forklift wheel tracks, removes animal fat and protein, no need to turn off freezer and diffuser equipment. Sanitizes surfaces, effective in the control of Listeria monocytogenes.
